It is the sole responsibility of all course applicants, course delegates and clients to fully familiarize in the following terms of service.

 

GENERAL

 

These terms and conditions shall govern use of the website and any working relationship with Alisha’s Aesthetics. By accessing this website you accept these terms and conditions in full; should you dispute any aspect of these terms and conditions you must cease engagement with our website and must not seek the use of our services in anyway. At any time Alisha’s Aesthetics reserve the right to amend or update the terms and conditions without notice. It remains the responsibility of the consumer to keep apprised of any update of the same. It is therefore incumbent upon the consumer to check this page regularly for updates. Although we endeavour to ensure accuracy of the content of this website we accept no liability for any inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by the law. Your use of any information, material or content on our website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your  responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.

 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

 

This website contains material which is owned by Alisha’s Aesthetics. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, appearance, logo and graphics. Alisha’s Aesthetics and other licensors in ownership of material accessible on this website or delivered during training courses reserve all rights over this material. Beyond personal use for training and educational purposes for which this information is intended delegates have no right to request, reproduce, republish or distribute any of the material made available.

PRIVACY POLICY

 

Alisha’s Aesthetics are committed to protecting your privacy and will ensure that your information will be collected and used in accordance with the Data Protection Act. We will not share your data with any third party except for administrative or training purposes relating to the services provided. You must not record or photograph any slides, presentations, demonstrations, lectures, model patients, treatments or any other content delivered during training courses unless permission to do so is granted.

 

TERMS OF SALE

 

All bookings made through Alisha’s Aesthetics are subject to availability and any holding deposits for products, services or training courses are non-refundable. If full payments are not made within the specified time frame Alisha’s Aesthetics reserves the right to withdraw any offers or discounts and hold all deposits made. Any provisional booking made is at the discretion of Alisha’s Aesthetics and does not guarantee confirmation of a course or treatment. Alisha’s Aesthetics reserves the right to cancel any provisional bookings made. Alisha’s Aesthetics may also cancel confirmed appointments for a service, treatment or course due to unforeseen circumstances and in these instances any payments will be returned in full if an alternative date cannot be offered.

All course fees must be paid in full before a course is attended and no later than 4 weeks prior to commencement date of the course. Failure to do so may result in your course place being canceled, re- listed for sale and any payment already made may be forfeited in line with our cancellation procedure.

An order confirmation confirming a place will be sent within 24 hours of payment being received in full. Course and treatment fees may be adjusted at any time at the discretion of Alisha’s Aesthetics. Alishas Aesthetics reserves the right to decline admission to any of its training courses without reason. Irrespective of circumstances, Alishas Aesthetics accepts no liability for any loss of earnings or expenses incurred by you or any models should a course need to be cancelled or rearranged.

 

Any promotional discounts or deals are offered on a temporary and specific basis only. Discounts are not redeemable in conjunction with any other offer or discount. On successful completion of the course you will be issued a certificate including CPD points. This certificate acts only as evidence of attendance of the course and in no way guarantees competence in the procedures covered at the course.

AESTHETIC MODEL PATIENTS

 

Should a model patient have any concern following treatment, Alisha’s Aesthetics will endeavour to provide a solution wherever feasible.

Alisha’s Aesthetics cannot guarantee that all model patients will respond to treatment in the same way. Due to differences in anatomy individuals may experience varying results from a treatment. If a corrective treatment is offered to a model patient this must be received within 1-2 weeks thereafter the model patient will have to purchase a new treatment.

COURSE DELEGATE RESPONSIBILITIES

 

During the training course, all delegates will be fully insured under insurance acquired through Alisha’s Aesthetics preferred supplier. Beyond the course, attendees are required to seek individual indemnity to continue practicing and recommendations of suppliers will be made during the course. You must indemnify, defend and hold harmless Alisha’s Aesthetics from any third party claims, liability, damages and costs that may arise from your use of the website or reliance upon the information contained therein. Course delegates must wear suitable clinic wear in the training academy at all times such as scrubs or a uniform and closed toe shoes. Long hair must be tied up, jewellery should be minimum and nails should be cut short. Alisha’s Aesthetics reserve the right to refuse entry to any delegate who is not dressed in appropriate attire. Course delegates must bring formal identification such as passport or driving license to your training course. Delegates will not be permitted to train on the premises without it.

If course delegates arrive more than 15 minutes late for the start time of your course admission may not be permitted to the course. No refund will be given and delegates will forfeit their place on the course.

 

Alishas Aesthetics does not offer refunds for training courses undertaken.

 

INDEMNITY

 

You hereby indemnify Alisha’s Aesthetics and undertake to keep Alisha’s Aesthetics indemnified against any losses, damages, costs, liabilities and expenses (including without limitation legal expenses and any amounts paid by Alisha’s Aesthetics to a third party in settlement of a claim or dispute on the advice of Alisha’s Aesthetics legal advisors) incurred or suffered by Alisha’s Aesthetics arising out of any breach by you of any provision of these terms and conditions .

 

SEVERABILITY

 

If a provision of these terms and conditions is determined by any court to be unlawful and/or unenforceable, the other provisions will continue in effect.

COMPLAINTS

 

Alisha’s Aesthetics takes pride in the quality of its service and as such will try to resolve any complaints as quickly as possible.

 

Complaints about any aspect of Alishas Aesthetic’s should be made in writing in the first instance to alishamccarroll@hotmail.com

 

Complaints received in writing will be acknowledged by return email or letter within 14 days of receipt.
